The Chepstow office of a busy regional building main contractor are looking to hire a quantity surveyor to join their busy team They cover both civil engineering and construction projects in South Wales Avon and Gloucestershire with projects ranging from 50k 20m 70 of their work revolves around commercial and retail new build
Due to a large increase in work they need to hire an quantity surveyor to join their team Reporting into the managing quantity surveyor for the region you will be involved from tender stage through to final account and benefit from a structured training plan and close management You will also gain exposure to a range of projects covering both civil engineering and building disciplines
The right candidate will be
Degree Qualified of equivalent
3 5 years experience within a Building main contractor
Experience running your own projects as a number one
Based between Monmouth Cheltanham Bristol and Cardiff...
