We are currently looking to recruit a Deputy Home Manager for a residential care home that accommodates adults with Learning Disabilities The company believe in delivering high standards of care and accommodation to their clients
Aspects of your role will be
To take responsibility to manage the home ensuring the highest standards of support and care are provided for the residents that detailed Care Packages are in place and an effective service is delivered
To deliver service provision in the context of Person Centred Planning
To ensure adherence to all requirements and regulations laid out under the Care Standards Act 2001 and all other relevant legislation
