Our client is a PLC property developer with operations in the UK and Spain and they are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to cover maternity leave at their friendly office in Paisley You will be working as part of the Finance Team to ensure prompt payment of all suppliers in accordance with Group Finance Procedures

The purpose of the role is to deliver an efficient customer focused professional secretarial and administrative support service to the business
KEY ACTIVITIES
Data Collection
Collate all invoices and other payment requests ready for processing
Proactively ensure that all invoices and other payment requests are received on time
This will involve working closely with suppliers sites and internal departments
Invoice processing
Ensure that all invoices have the appropriate authorisation prior to input including signatures matching to orders and delivery tickets where relevant
