Our client a leading Insurance firm are looking for an experienced and professional Network Administrator with a Helpdesk Support background to join their lively and friendly team based in Dorking This is a fantastic company with excellent benefits available to employees
As a Network Administrator Helpdesk Support Executive you will be required to have good attention to detail general fault finding 2nd and 3rd line support experience along with the ability to resolve and progress all faults within 1 day of notification A willingness to partake in selfstudy in preparation for MCP exams and web design IIS6 training would be desirable within the role
Responsibilities
To provide a prompt efficient and timely 2nd 3rd line helpdesk service to 100 users on Windows XP 7 win2003 and a TCPIP network
You will ensure that daily procedures are completed accurately and on time
To develop the internal and external websites resulting in maximum benefit to the company
