HCL Healthcare is looking for 2 X Band 6 Occupational Therapists for one of our clients in East London

The position will work with a physiotherapist and a rehabilitation assistant to facilitate discharge on a delayed transfer of care ward The Occupational Therapist should be experienced in MDT working to manage complex discharges for mostly elderly patients This will involve functional assessments home assessments prescription of equipment and home modifications There will also be a need to maintain patients function and provide rehabilitation while they are awaiting ICT rehabilitation in other units The therapist should have an understanding of the mental capacity act continuing care and health needs assessments
