This is an opportunity for a Senior HR BP to join this worldwide support services organisation working within their commercial division with a total employee base of 25000 The business is currently going through a transformational phase which has provided an ideal opportunity to be involved in establishing a new HR business model
Reporting to the HR Director you will have direct responsibility for an employee base of 56000 with two HR advisors reporting into you directly
You will need to be an established HR professional with solid operational HR exposure in Employee relations change management talent management and learning and development Ideally you will have worked in a 247 organisation and be able to demonstrate strong commercial acumen
