Company Our client is a leading food provider who sells to partners in sectors such as ethnic wholesale as well as cash and carry They are currently recruiting for a German and Dutch Speaking Customer Service Executive based in North London UK
Role The main prerogative of this role is to deliver an excellent service to our clients ethnic market You will assess sales performances and ensure Sage cycle is updated consistently In addition the successful candidate will ensure that administrative duties are completed on time to a very high standard The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring work practices are adhered to at all times Another core role of the Customer Service Agent is to work closely with the Customer Service Team Leader with the aim of delivering a good service to Customers Finally the ideal candidate will build up Customer relationships with internal and external customers
