New Directions are currently looking for a strong WELSH speaking OHA to cover a PT role based in Conwy However if you are looking for more of a fulltime role then we may be able to accomodate
The resposibilities of the role are outlined below
Liaising with the HR contact on a regular basis to ensure standards and requirements are met
Case Management of short medium and long term absence cases both face to face and on the telephone including return to work rehabilitation programmes and support
Triaging cases to the OH Physician as appropriate
Screening Health Assessment Questionnaires indicating pre medicals if required
Health Education and promotion including workshops
Carrying out Work Station Assessments as required by clients on an ad hoc basis
Health Surveillance for employees within appropriate comparable exposed worker groups including
1 Audiometry
2 Respiratory
3 SkinDermatology Tests
4 Manual Handling
5 HAVS
6 DSE
