A major player within Financial Services with an outstanding market profile are looking for a T C Supervisor due to continued expansion We are currently seeking a T C Supervisor to be based at their Head Office in Leeds
The Job
Completion of one to ones as required with Advisers
Completion of annual roleplays
Ensuring advisor records are kept up to date
Assisting with Advisor Induction Courses
Providing ongoing support to Advisers
Approve financial promotions
Involves supervising advisers through initial and ongoing stages of TC scheme via coaching and formal 121s
Case checking support for noncompetent advisers before they are submitted to the HO team and to a target of 15 per day in addition to 121s
Other compliance work as the business dictates ie procedures AML training team and advisers
Supporting regional meetings...
