A reputable well known housing organisation in the Hampshire area is currently looking to recruit an Income Recovery Officer on a temporary basis for a period of 23 months
The main responsibilities for the role will include
Managing a patch of 1000 properties
Collecting rent arrears utilising standard letters calls and home visits
Preparing and serving NOSPs and NTQs
Liaising with the welfare benefits team
Representing the organisation at Court
To be considered for this position you must have experience of working in a similar role and working knowledge of IBS A full driving license and access to a car is also essential
