Key responsibilities
Be responsible for the recruitment of a range of different
Ensure that all open positions have an employment requisition including job description and personal specifications
Make sure that all job advertisements have been posted and the management of preferred suppliers list of recruitment agencies are conducted properly
Design and deliver in house nontechnical training courses as required
Working in conjunction with the HR Manager conduct the return to work interviews with staff identified for the program
Assist in the development of HR Administrator
Deal with pension issues as well calculation of salary rise and bonuses together with generation of appropriate documentation to employees
Key skills and competencies
Significant senior level experience leading a HR function
Full membership of CIPD
Excellent communication skills
Ideally an MBA management qualification
