My client is a national Main Contractor with a secure workload of upcoming work to keep this consistency of work they are looking to recruit an experienced Preconstruction Design Manager to join the team
The Role
You will be working on various general build projects at preconstruction stage and supporting the Design Management function as a senior representative within the business
Requirements
Previous Main Contractor employment is essential
Worked previously in a Design Coordinator Manager role
Experience working on general build projects Education Healthcare MOJ Commercial Industrial Retails etc
Due to the nature of their work candidates with Residential related experience are not desired as this is a limited work source for their business
Experience working on projects valued form 5M 30M
