Leading financial services organisation based in Reigate are looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst to work in their established and customer focused team You will have min 6 months experience working in a first line technical helpdesk capacity
Key Responsibilities
Provide first level support on IT systems products and services
Support queries via telephone online portal and email
Make initial diagnosis of problems and advising known solutions where applicable
Support Microsoft Windows XP and Microsoft 20022003 Office Suites as well as many bespoke systems and applications
Provide a single point of contact for all European IT related issues
Ensure that all calls are accurately logged and handled according to agreed standards and procedures
