A leading Housing Association working across London and the South East is seeking 4 parttime Customer Service Officers to work in their 24 hour contact centre near SouthendonSea You will be the first point of contact for all customers to the Association through a range of channels including facetoface telephone email text and web selfservice
You will raise repairsrelated queries appropriately and ensure that inspections and orders are issued progressed and monitored on the system with relevant quality control checks You will also ensure that residents are kept informed of progress You will also be required to ensure communal repairs are ordered in accordance with Leasehold Services requirements and check the reports to ensure all repairs are recharged to leaseholders appropriately
