My prestigious client is seeking a highly experienced and organised Interim Manager to support the General Manager for a minimum period of 3 months The role has an immediate start and you must be available over the Christmas period
Ideally you will have extensive skills within a management capacity and also be able to troubleshoot and crisis manage
The role reports directly into the General Manager overseeing the rest of the team

Nursing Qualification desirable not essential

Must have previous experience in the role
Must be able to complete satisfactory CRBPOVA checks
Must be authorised to work in the EEC
Must be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
Must be able to provide 2 employment references
Must reside near the vacancy location or be prepared to relocate
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Good understanding and practice of the CQC code of conduct
