THE COMPANY
One of the world leaders in engineering support services for government clients and corporate organisations requires a Financial Modeller with experience in bidding for Facilities Management contracts This is a new position due to expansion based in Bristol
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
The essential experience required for this role is as follows
A Degree or equivalent qualification
At least 5 10 years postgraduate experience at least half of which should have been in Facilities Management
Experience in bidding for Facilities Management contracts
Experience of developing and maintaining financial models in Excel including having built models from scratch as opposed to solely model audit
Good understanding of Hard FM within a TFM context
