RGN qualification with experience of elderly care within a nursing home
Previous experience either as Deputy Manager or Senior Nurse within a home
NVQ 4 RMA desirable however not essential
Excellent hands on clinical skills as well as supervisory skills
Good communication skills both written and verbal
IT literate
The post will be subject to Enhanced Disclosure under the Criminal Records Bureau
