Our client an international claims management company based in Brighton West Sussex is seeking a Property Owners Unit Manager to join their growing team
You will be responsible for a team of 7 claims technicians looking after a portfolio of clients It will be your role to ensure your department are motivated and have a sound knowledge of the products and processes in order to service the account
As a Property Owners Unit Manager you will
Have at least 2 years performance management experience
Be ACII CILA or DIP CII qualified
Be able to produce budget management and forecasting presentations
Have excellent communication and client relationship skills
In addition to the above you will be required to
Attend regular review meetings on your portfolio of clients
