Start the New Year with a new contract our client based in the heart of Essex is urgently looking for a Mortgage Officer to work in their central processing department for a period of three to six months To be successful you will need to have a thorough understanding of mortgage lending have lots of experience of handling and assessing mortgage applications and producing KFIs and be able to manage distribution of work to a small team of three
Main duties will include
Handling enquiries changed customer requirements and the provision of customer support and referring to the Senior Mortgage Officer SCS Manager or Underwriters as required
Ensuring the Mortgage Administration caseload is kept to a minimum and to pursue efficiencies reporting ideas to the SCS Manage focussing on delivering a high standard of customer care
Operating in accordance with relevant Codes of Conduct and Regulation whilst working towards achievement of the teams targets to contribute to overall bus...
