Small restaurant group producing award winning 2AA Rosette Pan Asian cuisine is looking for a head chef for its new Brighton opening
This is one of the most genuine small groups in the country already lauded my 3 Michelin Star Gordon Ramsey
The style of this rtestaurant is Pan Asian taking in all Asian disciplines and as such would suit an ethnic chef or a European chef trained in Asian or Pacific Rim disciplines They will be serving between 100 and 120 covers from a really good ratio of 8 to 12 chefs
Salary is 25k to 35k plus bonuses and tips
Previous experience in Pan Asian and rosette standard cuisine is implicit as is the need to have an absolute right to work in the UK and a really good standard of English
