They are looking for a sous chef to join their 6 strong brigade offering 3AA Rosette food to 40 diners or functions up to 200 at which time the restaurant closes
Functions can be weekly in the summer but far lest frequent in the winter
The succesful Sous Chef will enjoy a basic salary of 20k plus the value of low cost live in which makes the package around 22k
