A Buckinghamshire based company is seeking a Catering Restaurant Manager to join their expanding team in High Wycombe
As a Catering Restaurant Manager you will
Lead and motivate a team serving 4 restaurants including a 150 seat functions room and onsite leisure bar
Ensure courteous prompt efficient and appropriate food and beverage service to our customers in all of our restaurant and bars
Maintain and enhance existing high standards in the Restaurant areas
Maintain and build solid working relationships with all of our clients
Liaise and communicate with your team your fellow Deputy Heads of Departments senior personnel and the Operations Director to ensure that all of your staff are aware of their role and the Companys expectations
Maintain improve morale job satisfaction in the department by assisting the Catering Manager in holding regular monthly team meetings job chats and annual reviews with your team
