They are looking for a Customer Services Centre Assistant to join their team You will assist in the effective and efficient operation of our clients 247 Customer Services Centre
Your main duties will be to receive all calls including emergency calls promptly and refer to the appropriate officer or agency Liaise with Fire Police Ambulance or other emergency services as necessary You will also be responsible whilst working alone for the smooth operation of the Emergency Customer Services Centre during each period of duty
