My client is currently recruiting for two experienced Lettings Managers to work in their offices in Halifax and Huddersfield
They are both busy offices with huge growth potential and they require someone who has a proven track record at management level is fully conversant with all aspects of lettings and has focused business development skills
The ideal candidate should
Ideally be ARLA qualified
Have a proven conversion rate on valuations
Be well presented
Have strong communication and organisational skills
Be computer and numerically literate
