We are currently looking to recruit 2 Lettings Managers for an award winning and long established Estate Agency based in Northampton
You will be responsible for maximising the overall income and profitability of your branch you will recruit train and manage a small team You aim is to build the best lettings team in Northamptonshire with the backing of a solid and well known group
Day to day duties will include maintaining an adequate applicant register ensuring regular contact is kept with the companys clients controlling the timely advertisements within a designated expenditure limits Complete success sheets and process tenant applications in accordance with company policy qualify landlords and tenants again to company policy with all information required
