They are looking to appoint a person to this new post with the experience to provide leadership whilst adhering to the vision mission and values of the organisation
You will need to be child centred with a strong focus on performance management
If you are proactivecommitted and creative and have the skills to develop new services and improve working practices you could be the person to fulfill this post
Extensive driving will be required therefore an essential car allowance will be payable
