My client is a lovely nursing home based in Cheam Surrey They are looking for a CookChef to join their well established home
Duties within the role include
Ordering stock and compiling shopping lists for wholesale orders
Assessing quantities of stock
Preparing and cooking a seasonal rolling menu for the residents
Ensuring special dietary requirements are catered for
Ensuring hygiene standards are adhered to
Working alongside one Kitchen Assistant
You will need previous experience of cooking a CRB would be an advantage as would a catering qualification
