We have a very exciting opportunity to be part of an established lively team for an experienced Senior Chef de Partie to work in a lovely hotel based in the Northamptonshire area where you will prepare meals from a choice of different menus prepared using local ingredients To have this opportunity you will need to have worked in a very busy kitchen coupled with the passion to produce excellent food This venue has an exciting menu which varies on a quarterly basis and our client takes pride in exceeding each customers expectations
Your role will be very varied and proactive preparing meals from the menu working and managing various sectors ensuring presentation reaches the customers expectations monitoring wastage ensuring you hit the departmental GP You will not only be catering for the restaurant but there will be opportunities for preparing larger style meals for private parties events and functions
