The successful applicant must come from a building services maintenance background and have experience of the following systems and equipment
Single and Three Phase Power
Emergency Lighting
Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
Electrical and Mechanical Building Services
Pumps and Motors
Risk Assessments
Method Statements
IOSHH
Monday to Friday 8am 5pm
Salary 37k
25 Days Annual Leave
