Our client is an innovative estate agent with a team of sales professionals who call on business and clients every day to drive sales growth The Lettings Negotiator or Senior Lettings Negotiator will be focused on developing relationships with new and existing clients to develop a deep understanding of customers requirements to identify growth opportunities
The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales with a proven track record in meeting sales targets and preferably at least two years estate agency experience
You will have a proactive driven and focused attitude with strong presentation negotiation and prioritisation skills Verbal and written fluency in English is required as is good computer literacy eg MS Office
