My client is a chartered surveyors currently seeking to add valuation surveyors to their team Currently operating with surveyors throughout the London and the South East they currently receive panel referrals from a number of leading insurers agents and banks
Candidates interested in this role will need to be MRICS or FRICS surveyors with experience particularly of residential valuations Youre experience should also include home buyers reports and building surveys
Remuneration for this role will carry a basic circa 40K plus 5 of all income generated and car allowance You will be based working on home and the option could be available to work 4 days per week for those looking for a more level worklife balance Salary prorata
