My client is a chartered surveyors currently seeking to add valuation surveyors to their team Currently operating with surveyors throughout the London and the South East they currently receive panel referrals from a number of leading insurers agents and banks
Candidates interested in this role will need to be MRICS or FRICS surveyors with experience particularly of residential valuations Youre experience should also include home buyers reports and building surveys You should also have experience of supervising a team and leading junior surveyors
This role will split approximately 335 days surveying with 115 days managing junior surveyors and the team You will also sit on the board and have input into the development and future direction of the company
Remuneration for this role will be around 45K commission from the team car allowance OTE 6367K...
