They are looking for a head chef to head up their 5 strong team that can handle anywhere from 40 covers to 100 without letting the standards drop
The succesful Head Chef will be able to demonstrate that they have
ABILITY TO NURTURE AND DEVELOP KITCHEN STAFF
HAVE GOOD PRACTICAL HANDS ON EXPERIENCE AT 2AAR LEVEL
HAVE GOOD BUSINESS ACUMEN
AN EXEMPLARY HYGIENE RECORD

The new Head Chef will enjoy the best of local produce from the large kitchen garden from July to October
