Due to site expansion this leading high volume manufacturer of plastic products need two Multi Skilled Maintenance Technicians to be responsible for the set up maintenance repair improvement work of PLCbased robotic and handling equipment As a Maintenance Technician you will be working on a four on for off shift pattern Duties include Provide support for handling systems within the site this will include the set up and maintenance of pick and place robots and the associated tools and machines To maintain the running conditions of moulds by monitoring wall sections and making adjustments as necessary to maintain tools on centre Maximise outputs on all Injection Moulding equipment that has handling systems or decoration systems fitted to the machine To be conversant with PLCs and to be able to read and adjust programs as necessary to improve and develop the process Provide information and training as required to engineers and setters so they can run this equipme...
