Rerecruit are currently recruiting for a a Home Manager for one of our clients, a national care provider who are looking for a Home Manager for one of their sites in Worcester, Worcestershire. Based in Worcester as Home Manager you will provide leadership to all staff in order to deliver the highest possible quality of care within a safe working and living environment. o Be the person in charge responsible for the day-to-day running of the unit with 24 hour responsibility for the care of the residents o Manage the effective use of resources and maintain high levels of occupancy A background in ward management/ rehabilitation care would be desirable as this role is also very hands on. You must comply with all regulatory and legislative requirements at all times and in particular the Commission for Social Care Inspection for the Registration and Inspection of Nursing Homes and the Essential Standards of Quality and Safety. The successful candidate will be a Registered General Nurse (RGN) a valid NMC pin number is essential and having Registered Manager''s Award (RMA) would be desirable.
