Our client is the most innovative and cutting edge global digital media distributor taking over and re-inventing the social media world. Offering a very exciting and unique proposition they work with a range of talent from recording artists, actors, authors and sports personalities both in the US and the UK. Working alongside recording companies, publishers and ticket operators they transform the profile of the talent they represent through creative and forward thinking digital/social media campaigns.
The Role
A truly spectacular opportunity has arisen for a Senior Account Manager to join my client in central London and lead a team of creative individuals responsible for managing client profiles. The position will require you to:
* Actively seek new clients from assessment through to pitch, on boarding, execution and downstream opportunity development
* Merge information from internal (client team and executive) and client teams into a master strategy—providing all parties with a clear path forward to achieving goals
* Manage the cross-platform presence and persona consistency across all active pages/channels
* Supervise Associate and Content Curators
* Constantly seek new forms and expressions of engagement and reach across platforms and peripheral apps
* Develop and coordinate ad buys with media buyer; fully understand all facets of all paid media programs and relevant fit to client program needs
* Manage client P/L and understand economics of internal costs and client base
The Candidate
To succeed in this role you will be a highly creative social media innovator with a strong analytical approach and a natural client relationship manager. You must have:
* A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
* At least 5 years of experience in a client services role within entertainment or advertising (studio experience a plus) and at least 3 years of experience in a digital/social media role, with 1 year in social media / social marketing
* High level, direct experience communicating with a major client or brand
* The availability to travel on short notice
* Experience with social media sites, Keynote, Google App Suite, Word, Excel a plus
