My client powers over 13,000 trading screens and 50 marketplaces whilst underpinning circa 90% of trades in European Power, Gas, Coal, Emissions and Freight. Their clients include an array of investment banks, all major European utilities as well as major trading firms.
My client is looking for a bright Junior Technologist or fresh Computer Science Graduate to work on their really cool software problems for Trading. The candidate needs to be bright and have a passion for programming and technology.
The role will involve:
-Test newly developed software to ensure quality is maintained
-Write and execute effective manual tests.
-Use a variety of tools (including Python, C#, F#, SilkTest and performance testing tools) and BDD/TDD techniques to define and automate Acceptance Tests.
