Leading financial services requires Project Manager with organisational/business change experience to join their team in Central London.

The successful candidate will be an experienced, flexible dynamic project manager, with a demonstrable track record in delivering organisational and change, with the ability to work creatively within a framework in order to provide high quality outcomes, in an area that will have a busy backdrop of other competing projects/programmes and business as usual work. Essentially you will have the following -
-Business change/organisational management skills successfully managing the organisational, cultural and stakeholder challenges
-Strong stakeholder engagement and communications skills
-Experience of managing organisational change Third party supplier management skills (including procurement processes, contract negotiation and management)
-A good understanding of IT delivery considerations
-A recognised project or programme management qualification is desirable e.g. MSP, Prince 2, APMP, PMP or PMI.
You will be working on a internal project
To implement a new organisational structure to the IT division, including a new competency framework for staff within the division
To define and implement a model for managing IT engagements with external, 3rd party companies
