Highly regarded lender (bridging finance) based in the city are looking for a highly successful achiever with at least 4-5 years experience within financial services sales to join a small team responsible for introducing, managing and servicing loan transactions. The role is highly varied and involves introducing new leads via brokers and IFAs who operate in a bridging finance, commercial loan environment preparing presentations and presenting in a professional manner to small to medium sized groups reviewing and restructuring complex deals in conjunction with the introducer to fit the criteria accordingly constantly liaising with and feeding back the credit views to the brokers. This position would suit someone who has complex property lending or bridging finance sales experience. Alternatively, sales experience of other complex financial products is a must. Sales experience must be from a face to face environment. Candidates will be highly motivated, extremely successful in their current sales role and enjoy selling complex products.
