Sales Manager – Packaging
THE COMPANY: Established in the 1980’s and with a turnover in excess of AC;30 million, this Irish company is firmly in the top 5 in their marketplace and is renowned for the quality of both their products and service. They sell a range of end-of-line food packaging, including containers, trays, strapping, films and wraps. Customers are focused around food manufacturers and sales deals are typically negotiated with production managers, quality control and procurement departments.
THE ROLE: This role is to manage three sales people as well as having full profit and loss responsibility for the business. To join them you will have a strong B2B sales track record along with good knowledge of packaging products and excellent customer facing skills, preferably gained from selling to the food manufacturing sector. The successful candidate will be supported by a strong management team and will enjoy a great deal of autonomy in this role.
