Position: Mechanical Estimator

Salary: £35000 - £40000 pa
A leading player in the building services market that provide a range of engineering design, installation and maintenance services to the construction industry. They are a privately owned company that has an annual turnover in excess of 100m.
Due to continued company growth they are looking to recruit a Mechanical Estimator to be based in their office in Northampton, Northamptonshire. They have diverse experience and a track record of delivering demanding mechanical and electrical projects within various sectors including commercial developments, luxury residential properties, hi-tech laboratories, retail and leisure developments, educational establishments and healthcare
As a Mechanically biased Building Services professional, you will have a proven track record of mechanical estimating on major projects typically over 2m and up to 10m. Project experience within the high end residential, hotels and commercial sectors would be preferable. The package will reflect the level of candidates and experience.
As this role is a result of expansion, the client is in a position to get successful candidates started at short notice.
