Our client a Lancashirebased Housing Association is seeking a Telecare Officer to join them on a temporary contract running initially until 31st March 2012
You have a comprehensive knowledge of social alarm equipment related sensors and associated technologies and will visit customers in their own home environment at a convenient time as agreed by them to fully explain and demonstrate the use of equipment and give general advice on the availability of the Associations Living Services
The successful candidate MUST have experience of installation of Telecarecareline alarms
Reporting to the Telecare Manager your role will focus on the following areas
Installing maintaining and removing social alarm equipment and all associated sensors as appropriate in customers homes
Representing the Association as the point of contact for referrals to the Contact Service across all tenures throughout a designated area of Lancashire
