My client is a well established and respected training centre delivering practical skills within engineering who are looking for an experienced Training InstructorMentor to join their team
Main Job Responsibilities
To provide effective and competent trainingmentoring to young learners 16 20 years old and flexible to deliver to adult learners when required
To deliver effective formal induction in accordance to the SFA and NETC
To provide induction on skill requirements including advice of hazards and safe methods of work
To ensure the assessments of learners are carried out to the standards of the awarding bodies and agencies
To keep up to date with Health and Safety legislation
To provide suitable advice and training to ensure that the learners are on path to achieve their goals and targets
To monitor individual learners progress ensuring that all evidence is to the IV in accordance with the Awarding Body Requirements
