Overview

The Call Centre Manager is responsible for the effective management of the 24 hour Call Centre a telephone based customer service operation with circa 10 personnel servicing the UK and Northern Ireland The Call Centre Manager has line management responsibility for this team of customer service advisers who manage all incoming telephone calls to the business and directly input delivery and collection orders into the system The Call Centre team also undertake other administration tasks and is a key internal service provider for both field sales and service operations In addition to people management the key elements of this position are process management resourcing and reporting of performance along with trend analysis to enable longer term planning The Advantage Centre Manager will be a member of the senior management team
