A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Nurse Qualified Manager to join a progressive and reputable healthcare provider
My client is searching for an experienced nursing home manager to take responsibility of their 30 odd bedded general nursing home in the Nantwich area
This is a lovely nursing home with a stable work force It does require some strong leadership skills and a passionate individual to take the reins The client really needs someone who is extremely up to date with all the new CQC regulations and the new recent changes
The successful candidates will
Be a Registered Nurse RGN or RMN
Possess experience of managing a nursing home or be a strong deputy and have regularly acted up in the absence of the manager
Possess elderly experience
Ideally have their RMA qualification
