Due to ongoing expansion and new contract wins our client requires a Team Leader on their site in Colchester in Essex The role is principally to assist management to monitor and control workshop production orders to ensure on time delivery of a quality product while carrying out production requirements Key Result Areas will include Acting as deputy to Operations Manager Use relevant skills in production output to business requirements Understand requirements and prioritise according to production demands from Support Office and Operations Manager Using cell boards ensure everyone understands the area plan with milestones Communicate status of jobs and advise requirements or preferably solutions Define and communicate plan with actuals and targets With assistance of Operations Manager hold cell meetings with teams working in relevant areas ensuring issues have been reported and are being actioned so plan is achieved When applicable to lead the project man...
