Job Role
Manage lead and motivate the procurement department
Develop and implement strong procurement systems and measures in line with best in class
Ensure procurement is continually planned to ensure 100 OTIF to internal customers
Negotiate and maintain systems which effectivly deliver products and services to maximise best value to the business
Train and develop the procurement team to support the continuous improvement of the people processes and customer service
Routinly breakdown and explore data to maximise opportunities and benefits to the company
Manage and develop the commercial relationship with key customers
