Wise Employment are currently recruting for 3 part time positions based with our client on the outskirts of Plymouth for Customer Finance Assistants
The hours will be Monday to Friday 9am1pm or Monday to Friday 1pm5pm with an hourly rate o f1110 per hour This is a temporary role for a minimum of 12 months The roles are to start in February for the successful candidates
SUMMARY OF ROLE
Handling of Customer and Supplier enquiries either via telephone or email
Resolution of queries related to the MPAS system
To have knowledge of all aspects of DUoS billing including maintenance of Duos Database payment allocation and debt follow up
Preparation of financial reports and figures for head office and industry parties
Team members are expected to become experienced in all areas of the work so that they become multiskilled and flexible
SKILLS KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE
5 GCSEs at grade C or above or equivalent
Customer service experience
Good interpersonal skills
