We are recruiting for a Care Home Manager Residential Registered Manager in the Bristol Area The Residential Manager will be responsible for the day to day running of a home for adults with Learning disabilities The salary is 28000 34000
As the manager you will be responsible for the running of the home on a day to day basis and the management of all staff

Care plans
Risk Assessments
Ensuring CQC requirements are met
Staff supervisions
Apprasisals disciplinaries training
budgetting and finance
Organisation of activities and events for the residents
Liaising with CQC and all other healthcare professionals

This home has a friendly family type atmosphere and the managers role will very much be a hands on role where you will have a lot of interaction with residents
