Due to continued success my client a leading travel company based in Raynes Park are currently recruiting a Travel AgentsCustomer Service Executives to join their rapidly expanding team
Job Description
Answering incoming calls
Taking bookings and reservations
Upselling and cross selling where necessary
Providing information on various destinations
Database management
All related administration correspondence and dealing with web enquiries
Person Specification
Call Centre Customer Service or Sales experience would be an advantage
Travel background would also be an advantage
Ambitious as there are lots of opportunities to progress
Additional Information
15000 commission with OTE 20000
375 hour week Hours between 0800 and 2000 and 1 in 3 Saturdays ie 8am 4pm week 1 9am 5pm week 2 10am 6pm 11am 7pm and 12noon to 8pm
